We painted the walls of Elena's room last weekend - you could call it periwinkle. And this weekend Jim installed bamboo flooring. It's a whole new room and looks fantastic (despite the popcorn ceiling...).
The furniture isn't all in yet, but her new rug is on the floor and her dresser is in the closet. We plan to have curtains on the window and closet, and install a new light fixture. Plus, we'll give the desk a makeover with new paint and hardware, and install baseboards.
